Twice in just over a week I tried… Twice in just over a week I tried ordering gift for my sister for the loss of her dog. Twice I was refunded with no reason or explanation. The entire last week my 2nd order said processing and then I get an alert I'm being refunded. WTH this is not good customer care or anything. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

Awesome!!! Loved the mug we got and REALLY appreciated the communication and customer service! They got in touch to get a few more photo options to make a better outcome and kept me quickly informed during the whole process via text and email. Item arrived quickly once order was confirmed! Very happy with end product and service!

If I could put a zero I would I placed… If I could put a zero I would I placed my order 2/3/22 it's the f****** 12th no number to call only emails they never respond I wish I could vista star one of their face I wouldn't order anything from their even if it was free bad business I would set in jail for 90 days about this sh..I just feel like they playing with people time in money not just me everybody for the customers that feel how I feel I hope I said everything you wanted to say or didn't say f..k Vista stars for the poor communication about my sh.. forget a email I need to talk to you bi..... direct# sue me for slandering or defamation if I wasn't so tired I would leave another review...

Updated review. They actually came through I had a HUGE issue with my order, and what seemed to be a dance-around with excuses instead of actual customer service, changed completely. I initially left a bad review, but I am recanting, because I now, feel like a valued customer, and will be receiving the level of service I and everyone else expect when shelling out some coin for a custom product. Thank yoh VistaStars for making things right. I could quite possibly even return and a repeat customer.
