Absolutely amazing customer service Absolutely amazing customer service! My husband ordered a print for our anniversary and unfortunately it arrived with a small crack in the plexiglass. It took me about a month to reach out, but they responded quickly and had another frame/glass sent out immediately. I actually had thought the original product had glass in it and when they sent plexiglass in its place I was confused. So once again I emailed them and they responded back quickly and were ready to investigate the issue. It turned out the original was actually plexiglass and just looked like glass! So I fixed my frame and I am super please with my product as well as their customer service!

Great product and service The final product is amazing and the support team is very helpful and replies quickly. I had an issue with the coordinates and the actual address I was trying to print on the map and they were very helpful and quick to support me in the resolution of my issue. I purchased the Constellation/Planets… I purchased the Constellation/Planets print for my 18 year old grandson. To say he loved it is an understatement. His father put a frame on it and it sits pride of place on his desk. This is a very special gift for a very special grandson. The quality of the paper was great - like parchment and very thick.
