Absolutely great! You want be disappointed! Highly pleased with the 3 adorable ornaments I received. The quality is great and such a wonderful keepsake. I ordered a bride/groom ornament last year for a family member and did again this year for another couple. The dinosaur ornament I ordered for a little one was precious! He was so thrilled to see himself riding a dinosaur since that's his favorite thing right now. The other ornament was personalized with name and picture for a baby. I was so excited over them!

Paid extra to have an item arrive by… Paid extra to have an item arrive by 31st. 3 days later would have e been no extra fee. Item shipped from another country, was not aware my item was international. I purchased from a US company needing and item quicker. Item never showed and tracking was not updated. I contacted the company and was told manufactured in another country, shipped from USA addressed listed on company page. Strange that the shipping label after it arrived well over a week and a 1/2 late. Showed shipping from California. Nothing marches up and the tracking number on the package is different from tracking number they supplied me with. Total SCAM company. Items are poor quality as well.

Waaay too small, dull, and cheap for the price Technically, we received what we ordered, the "Basset Hound Christmas Tree Shaped Ornament For Basset Hound Lover Custom Acrylic Ornament For Dog Mom." The product description DOES give the dimensions and I guess they're accurate. However, this item cost $26 total with shipping and processing, and it is a tiny, CHEAP, flimsy little piece of plastic. Yes, it looks like the one we ordered, but it is so small that the cute picture of dogs with brightly lit xmas lights is in reality a tiny, muddled, unclear blob of dull dogs. This thing is likely worth $2.95 tops and it wouldn't cost any amount extra to make it bigger. I realize these are mass-produced by many individuals watching the right Youtube get-rich-selling video, but sheesh. Garbage at this price.

I ordered a picture of Jesus walking on… I ordered a picture of Jesus walking on water on the beach and it arrived fast and I was very pleased with size and overall picture. I had a small issue that happened with expansion of photo that happened to face area. I emailed my concern and they quickly responded and then rushed a new picture out and it was PERFECT! Will definitely order from again! Thank you for a good experience! Excellent customer service!
