GBOrdered bracelets for the girls in the⦠Ordered bracelets for the girls in the family for Christmas. Something they could keep for a long time with the sentimental note. I mistakenly order one that said love mom instead of love dad. When I asked to just have the sentimental note sent stating love dad and Iād pay for it, Ashley Wilson ( customer service agent) emailed me very rudely. Saying how were we supposed to know you ordered the wrong thing. I never said you should know that. Iām asking if I can purchase a new note for in the box. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and donāt recommend them for any purchases! I know all my friends and family will know to NEVER order from them! Sincerely a very disappointed customer!

GBDo not order from chillever The only reason chillever gets 1 star is because I canāt leave 0 stars. Bought a personalized sign for my wife which arrived late for Christmas. Now just 2 months later the boards separated and are coming apart. Customer service told me they wonāt do anything about it because itās 2 months later. 2 months! Apparently their products donāt last that long

GBPaid extra to have an item arrive by⦠Paid extra to have an item arrive by 31st. 3 days later would have e been no extra fee. Item shipped from another country, was not aware my item was international. I purchased from a US company needing and item quicker. Item never showed and tracking was not updated. I contacted the company and was told manufactured in another country, shipped from USA addressed listed on company page. Strange that the shipping label after it arrived well over a week and a 1/2 late. Showed shipping from California. Nothing marches up and the tracking number on the package is different from tracking number they supplied me with. Total SCAM company. Items are poor quality as well.

GBCredit Card payment went through even with wrong address I ordered from Chillever/Godmerch for the first time. I accidently entered the wrong shipping and mailing address. But the credit card (cc) payment went through even with the wrong details. They really need to enhance the security for cc payments. Plus, they have no phone number to contact. Sent an email and no response. Having to contact my cc company to dispute the charges for refund.

GBCommunication and product are great They kept in touch, got me the article as quickly as they could, and followed up when the post office mistakenly delivered it elsewhere. The shirt is awesome. Will definitely do business again with them and recommend them.
