Do not order from chillever The only reason chillever gets 1 star is because I can’t leave 0 stars. Bought a personalized sign for my wife which arrived late for Christmas. Now just 2 months later the boards separated and are coming apart. Customer service told me they won’t do anything about it because it’s 2 months later. 2 months! Apparently their products don’t last that long

Waaay too small, dull, and cheap for the price Technically, we received what we ordered, the "Basset Hound Christmas Tree Shaped Ornament For Basset Hound Lover Custom Acrylic Ornament For Dog Mom." The product description DOES give the dimensions and I guess they're accurate. However, this item cost $26 total with shipping and processing, and it is a tiny, CHEAP, flimsy little piece of plastic. Yes, it looks like the one we ordered, but it is so small that the cute picture of dogs with brightly lit xmas lights is in reality a tiny, muddled, unclear blob of dull dogs. This thing is likely worth $2.95 tops and it wouldn't cost any amount extra to make it bigger. I realize these are mass-produced by many individuals watching the right Youtube get-rich-selling video, but sheesh. Garbage at this price.

Order not fulfilled but card charged - Update Ordered $90 gift for my daughter for Christmas 28 Nov 2023, Over two weeks and no tracking available, but card charged. Four emails to customer service over 3 days have gone un-answered. No phone number to call. I would give them a zero if able. Wonder if they are a fraudulent company. Will have to seek refund from my CC company and try to find another Christmas gift for my daughter. GSS 24 Dec 2023 - After I first posted this review I finally (after I had sent multiple emails from multiple accounts with no response) received an answer to my request. They said they had no record of my inquiry's. I did receive the product just in the nick of time and the product itself was above expectations. So in summary, Good product, poor customer service initially that FINALLY resulted in a good outcome.

Love Hobbit sign, The Precious While my initial order got lost over Christmas break, Chillever stayed in contact and remade a custom sign I had ordered for my mom’s new home. The product wa unique and of excellent quality. Would use again and recommend.
