I have been using EJGiftcards for a few… I have been using EJGiftcards for a few months now. The discounts are generous and the service is impeccable. Some other folks seem to find the payment mode inconvenient but that helps keep the price low. My most recent transaction had an issue but the folks at EJ were most gracious and prompt in getting that resolved. Would highly recommend. -aborkar

Giftcards worked fine. I've bought gift cards from them for a while now, no problems with the gift cards so far. All the codes worked. Their prices are very competitive which makes them one of the first place I check when I need a gift card. The system is a bit wonky, it cancels orders automatically sometimes. But they manually process the orders after a while which is a bit inconvenient if you need the gift cards instantly. So far I'd give it a 5/5 from my experience.

Check out process EJ Gift Cards has a new checkout system (at least new to me) that I am not familiar with. The customer support, Paven, guided me every step of the way even made sure I received my digital card. Also showed me how to access my card through Digify. I got all my questions answers and the gift card I need. I am a happy customer

Waited hours for any notification after… Waited hours for any notification after making a payment; contacted EJ and was told the order was cancelled. I reached out and EJ customer service claimed that they never received payment and to contact the bank. A few correspondences later, EJ now sends me a order processed message -- and I thought the order was cancelled! Needless to say, I will not be buying anything through them in the future.

2 of my 3 Uber gift cards were already used by someone else!! I bought several gift cards since I experimeted with 1 cvs gift card that was good. Thrn I bought 2 more cvs cards, 2 officemax cards and 3 uber cards. The first uber card was good when I entered it in the app, but the next 2 were not good as I got the message that they had been used in another person's account, and thiscwas less than 24 hours after I'd purchased them. So, someone resold these, probably on a different website [or possibly EJ resold them].
