The layout of their website lead me to… The layout of their website lead me to believe I could only pay for a gift card using bitcoin. When I sent the payment, I sent 2 transactions which totaled more than i needed to send. They canceled the order saying I underpaid and I can see the funds I sent them sitting in a bitcoin wallet unspent. The customer service phone number didn't work and it takes forever to get a response by email. The agent said they only saw $4 out of $25 I sent, and that they sent my refund request to someone else 4 days ago. Will never use them again

Gift card came quick I received my GrubHub gift card within minutes of sending the payment. The process of buying it requires a few steps. I had to send a payment through Zelle and include a confirmation number in the notes section. I will buy more gift cards and I recommend EJgiftcards.

I came back into town only to receive notification to submit the request online. I submitted the request online and was denied a refund, due to a technicality: I didn't submit online in time! Don't let them steal your money!! BEWARE!! Many other discount gift card sites have amazing customer service like Card Cookie and Raise - incredible customer service: they don't make you jump through hoops if you have an issue.

Giftcards worked fine. I've bought gift cards from them for a while now, no problems with the gift cards so far. All the codes worked. Their prices are very competitive which makes them one of the first place I check when I need a gift card. The system is a bit wonky, it cancels orders automatically sometimes. But they manually process the orders after a while which is a bit inconvenient if you need the gift cards instantly. So far I'd give it a 5/5 from my experience.
