I opened a claim with Ejgiftcard team and the response was "the card balance has been used by the buyer!!!!!" and they reject the claim. This is ridiculous.

Quite of a bit of Steps but Giftcard Recieved I was hesitating about sending payment through Zelle, it asked for a name for the email and when I entered the name of the company, it prompted me to verify the name for the account was Harry. I sent anyways and shortly after I received the email to access the card securely. There’s a couple hoops to jump through but it was successful.
