My interlocutor very patiently explained to me how to obtain an accurate measurement of my hat size. He reviewed shipping time frames. He was very professional and thorough in explaining the process from ordering to delivery of merchandise. .My hat promptly arrived in about 2 weeks time from order date. Another fine product The color is perfect. It is a bit taller than I had anticipated (about 10 1/2 in height), and the circumference is a little wide for my head, but this doesn't matter because I will, as you suggested, tuck it under to wear it, thereby also reducing the height and making it look better on me. The workmanship seems to be of very good quality. We will see how it wears if we get some cold weather this winter. I have been wearing the other hat that I bought from you for several years now and it has shown no sign of wear. I would encourage your workmen to give their final product a good shake out in the future. There were some rather alarming loose tufts of wool that seemed to be falling out of the hat when it arrived, making me a little anxious. I eventually realized that this was probably just loose fur from the manufacturing process. I took it outside and beat it out a bit, getting all the loose wool and dust out of it and now it really shines.
