My interlocutor very patiently explained to me how to obtain an accurate measurement of my hat size. He reviewed shipping time frames. He was very professional and thorough in explaining the process from ordering to delivery of merchandise. .My hat promptly arrived in about 2 weeks time from order date. Wonderful hat!! I bought the Ambassador's Hat as a special birthday present for my father (for his 80th birthday) - and he LOVES it. The hat is the best quality and it looks terrific on him. I chose the black hat with earflaps - and he's so happy.
