On 04/07/2023 I Brenda the manager of… On 04/07/2023 I Brenda the manager of The Smokin Joint had an issue with our computer. Andrew the technical support guy (whom I have had in past) was so helpful today. He's very polite and knowledgeable for all my technical issues. Please, do not use this POS Any new business owners out there must stay away like what other reviews are saying. I ordered the POS system, and it was okay when I used it. At least, it worked for a few weeks until I kept having receipt problems. It will happen once or twice during most days, and there is no way I could reprint the previous receipt to my customer after ringing up the next customer. My old POS was even better than this. I am incredibly disappointed. I invested $2,000 on this, and it failed to work well. Sadly, Conner was no longer working who was the person that helped me with this. I will probably cancel this for the next few months, and I hope it will because there were issues concerning how customer service does not update their customer very well. This will be the most arduous journey I have ever faced so far.
