Fantastic customer service! Arend was very polite and courteous about the issues I was having, he managed to solve each issue as they came up and did all of that in a timely manner. Fantastic customer service!

POS Nation has always been available… POS Nation has always been available when I needed them with very minimal wait time!! That is a major plus!!! They can always solve the issue either by themselves, or with the help of a senior advisor as needed. So very thankful for their excellent customer service!

We converted to POS Nation in October… We converted to POS Nation in October of 2023. The POS for the cashiers works really well. However, the admin side has issues. If you have account receivables this system is not easy to use. They are several issues with it that affect the customer that we have not been able to get resolved. We have started a couple of cases in September and have yet to receive any update via phone or email. Needless to say we have been very frustrated.

On 04/07/2023 I Brenda the manager of… On 04/07/2023 I Brenda the manager of The Smokin Joint had an issue with our computer. Andrew the technical support guy (whom I have had in past) was so helpful today. He's very polite and knowledgeable for all my technical issues.
