I ordered two personalized puzzles I ordered two personalized puzzles. Both arrived as scheduled. I am still at work after two days fitting the pieces of my neighborhood map together. With the pandemic still raging in my region, the map puzzle is my best option to explore the neighborhood.

Puzzle takes a long time to arrive, but finally made it! My “hometown” puzzle finally did arrive in time to forward it to it’s final destination as a Christmas present before Christmas (I hope.) Knowing that this is 2020, a crazy year, and that things take longer to arrive, I ordered this puzzle in the middle of November and finally received it on December 17th. My advice to anyone purchasing items is to plan to order way earlier than they normally would and do not trust the “Your package has been shipped” email. I received this email on November 23rd and the item didn’t show up until more than 3 weeks later.

Butlerandhill did a great job! Butlerandhill did a great job. Just before shipping I called and asked if someone could hand-write a message and get it in the package. I offered to pay. They got it done at no charge. A few days later the package arrived at its destination in Baltimore. My head is still spinning over how quickly that package arrived!

Crossworld in Colour We received this crossworld map earlier than expected and it has been great so far! It's a really great gift for someone who really likes geography and world trivia, and it's a nice gift that gives them something to do for a few weeks (or in a few hours if they want to do it all in one go!). The quality of the map is great as well - no smudging or erasing as we completed items that were right next to one another.

Hoping my puzzle will actually arrive… Hoping my puzzle will actually arrive before Xmas. Tracking info sent 19 days ago still shows the package is awaiting pick up from the original source location. Also tried the customer service number but with them on UK time, I was way past open hours. Will have to wake early to make another call. Also found my emails to customer service were sent back as undeliverable.
