GBLOVED the product LOVED the product! I'm only giving 4 stars because it took a while for it to get to us, but that was the fault of USPS and not GoDuckee. GoDuckee reps were very communicative when I reached out about the delay and continued to check in until the product was finally received. I might suggest using a more reliable service than USPS (they delivered to the completely wrong address, but thank goodness for honest neighbors!) Other than that, very happy with my purchase.

GBI'd give zero if I could! Sent someone else's order, refused to refund with promise of partial refund and the correct order bring sent. It's a month on and nothing. I'm going to contact the credit card company to recoup my losses as they are full of fake promises, not to mention a ruined father's day! They had the audacity to ask for a review, but they won't post any negative ones to their site, very deceptive. Avoid!

GBMakes great author gifts/reader swag. Took a little longer to receive than expected but had quick response to my delivery inquiries. The custom ornaments arrived before Christmas and with time to ship out as gifts too. They are rather spendy at a little over $20 each for heavy duty plastic/plexi glass but they are one of a kind… Slight scratches on two of five of the ornaments. I’d consider ordering again if I planned ahead.
