GBDid not receive portrait Did not receive portrait, no emails back, no refund!!!! The email on their website goes nowhere and the phone number is nothing but a tone. Scam website. Reported them as fraudulent to my credit card company. Hoping to get my money back that way. Edit: 11/8/23: Credit card company refunded amount. This company is 1000% a scam.

GBOk, bad as I hate to do this, I have to update this again I have tried contacting them via their own help email three times regarding my order and today it bounced back as undeliverable! They haven’t answered any of my other emails and now the provided phone number only rings busy. I paid almost 60 bucks for nothing!! I have no image to make adjustments to no digital file no suggestions to make our portrait it’s best!! And now it appears as though I’m going to get the shaft! Edit 10/22/22: Ok, I guess that lit a fire under them because I had a pic in my email today!! It’s funny and as long as they can do the revisions well enough, I’ll be more then happy with their service, they could still stand to be a bit more communicative with their customers though. Extra plus ultra update 10/28/22: I tried to contact them multiple times to make corrections to my order to which every email but the one I sent directly through their website bounced back as being undelivered!! They never responded to the one that got delivered, their number is always busy, and they have now marked my order as fulfilled and it’s on its way!! I got to make NO revisions to the ONE pic they sent me to make corrections to!!I can’t use it as it was. I only hope they see this and maybe offer a resolution!! Geez… as much of a hassle as this has been maybe look into other dozens of companies that offer similar services, I’ll be the martyr this time.
