GBI was a surprised with the… I was a surprised with the communication I received from them, it was nice. When I placed my order I did not realize it came from China, so I was worried I wouldn’t get it! It took longer than I expected but I got the order and my husband loves it! Thanks!

GBA Father's Day gift I purchased this for my husband for Father's Day, he absolutely loved it. The shirt looks and feels great. The added photo looks amazing, so much so, that I ordered a second one with a different picture.

GBI ordered my flag 3 weeks before my… I ordered my flag 3 weeks before my son’s graduation party. My son is attending IU for college this coming fall semester. I wanted the flag as a surprise and to make the Graduation party more special. I did not receive my order until over 2 and half weeks after my sons party. Pretty much useless at that point. I received confirmation of delivery 1 week before the party and received it 3 weeks later. It was listed as an American company. Unbeknownst to me, the distributor warehouse is in the US, in California. The corporate headquarters is in China and the manufacturing plant is in Vietnam. I have no issues with either of those facts, however I do have an issue with the fact that I did not receive my order for nearly 6 weeks, and really put a damper on the ambiance of my son’s party. Very disappointed in the customer service and false assurances. Will never order from this company again!

GBNot happy I waited much longer to receive my clogs due to wear house issues. When I finally received them the quality of the clogs were garbage. They are not the usual thickness of what clogs usually are , also the picture of my dog is not like it appears on the order I put in the front on the clogs have large holes that distort the picture. I’m very unhappy and I never complain about anything I’m usually very happy but these clogs are not at all what I expected!

CAGreat Customer Service !!! I ordered two items, paid for two items but only received one item - I reached out to Customer Service who responded very quickly and said they made an error and gave me several options to make it right. This is some of the best Customer Service I have received and would not hesitate to recommend them AND the item I ordered was very well received ! Thank you Peter for going above and beyond to make my experience a positive one !
