GBNot happy I waited much longer to receive my clogs due to wear house issues. When I finally received them the quality of the clogs were garbage. They are not the usual thickness of what clogs usually are , also the picture of my dog is not like it appears on the order I put in the front on the clogs have large holes that distort the picture. I’m very unhappy and I never complain about anything I’m usually very happy but these clogs are not at all what I expected!

GBCustomer service and communication A+ Ordered a personalized t-shirt and hat. The tshirt came in time for Father’s Day, and he loves it! (He never likes anything I get him) I waited another week and a half, then dug through my emails till I found the original email. I was worried because it said the hat arrived with the shirt, but I got a response in less than 12 hours and found out the hat takes a little longer and will come shortly. A+ for customer service and another A+ for product

GBI ordered my flag 3 weeks before my… I ordered my flag 3 weeks before my son’s graduation party. My son is attending IU for college this coming fall semester. I wanted the flag as a surprise and to make the Graduation party more special. I did not receive my order until over 2 and half weeks after my sons party. Pretty much useless at that point. I received confirmation of delivery 1 week before the party and received it 3 weeks later. It was listed as an American company. Unbeknownst to me, the distributor warehouse is in the US, in California. The corporate headquarters is in China and the manufacturing plant is in Vietnam. I have no issues with either of those facts, however I do have an issue with the fact that I did not receive my order for nearly 6 weeks, and really put a damper on the ambiance of my son’s party. Very disappointed in the customer service and false assurances. Will never order from this company again!

GBWon't correct their error. I ordered four different shirts with fun golf sayings. One was supposed to "YOUR HOLE IS MY GOAL" as it said in the product description. Upon arrival I noticed it said "YOUR HOLF IS MY GOAL". I informed customer service about the misspelling to which they told me if I look really close at the thumbnail image, it says HOLF and perhaps it was a play on words blending Hole and Golf. They even went so far as to tell me it is my fault for not carefully reviewing the thumbnail even though it doesn't match the description which clearly says Hole. Offered a trivial refund or a discount on a re-puchase but would not replace. REALLY????
