Scam Really doubt this company actually exists. To me after more than a month waiting, all I got was a tracker of a package that wasn’t even mine. Scam ! Update: after 7 weeks the order arrived , so no scam after all, just not the fastest in order processing. Too late for the birthday present though …

Horrible company Horrible company. Ordered 2/13/24 for my wife’s birthday (2/26). Website said it would ship in 2-4 business days, email order confirmation said 5-8 business days. I complained at 13 business days and was told I would get “expedited shipping”. Didn’t ship till 3/14/24 (from China), finally received 3/23/24. Over a month since it was ordered and zero indication of expedited shipping. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Item recieved I can confirm that this is an actual company and they did fulfill my order - a personalized embosser - which was correct. It was no doubt very late and I started to have my doubts after not much information was available and the reviews here were largely saying it was a scam and no one had received anything.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM After shipping delays “apparently” I asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded as it wasn’t going to make it in time as a gift. They kept sending a email apologising for the delay and never addressing my request until the 6th attempt when they said it’s been shipped and provided tracking. They then said they’ll issue me a return envelope. The item never arrived despite tracking saying it did. I was home the whole day. I even have a parcel Locker at my address. No evidence it arrived such as a picture of where it was left either. I asked for a refund again due to this and then repeatedly send an email saying it was sent here can you confirm you got it?

34 days and still waiting They advertise 1-3 day shipping. Well, I ordered over a month ago and still no sign. Tracking shows the embosser comes from China amd takes days to even clear customs. They are FLAT OUT LYING about their order fulfillment. Their customer service is terrible. It takes two or three attempts to get them to respond. They said with high demand, it would take an additional 4-5 to ship (again, it's been a month). They told me that they did not have visibility on my exact order either. They hide comments on their IG posts so we can't provide feedback publicly. So disappointing.
