Report them to reportfraud.ftc.gov and they are now being investigated, I also reported them to the better business bureau, and contact your bank about the fraud/scam. Luckily I used a credit card so it wasn’t my money, but good to know they’re being investigated because they refuse to give a refund just “delay” after “delay” . Such a scam.
