GBItem arrived 2 months after placing… Item arrived 2 months after placing order. Missing battery which website claimed would be included, item finished very poorly and smaller in size that expected. I am not happy and cannot speak to anybody at the company.

GBAvoid this company at all costs… I ordered £29.99 worth of Christmas ornaments from this company. They were delivered by every courier company and left on the doorstep subsequently stolen. As you can probably guess sorting this out has been impossible. The company will not send replacement goods or offer a refund. The system to claim back through the courier company simply does not exist for me the customer! I have requested their UK contact address to file a small claim against them… And they won’t give me that UK contact address! If anybody knows it reading this review please could you send it to me? Thanks for your help! PS do not order anything from this company they are shockingly bad

GBI ordered a Hawaiian shirt for my… I ordered a Hawaiian shirt for my husband with my dogs face on and I was brilliant. It arrived within the specified time, the print was to a high quality and the shirt sizing was as described on the website

GBItem received was not assembled with no… Item received was not assembled with no instructions, extremely poor quality and altered from the approved proof. Denied refund and replacement.

GBI am so disappointed I am so disappointed, as the personalized mat that I ordered for my sister on 11/23/24 still hasn’t arrived.Tracking indicates that the mat has been at LAX since 12/5. As I can’t locate a US number and I’m not calling China, I’ve emailed JonxiFon 4 days in a row and I haven’t received a call or return text. I’ll dispute the charges and try to find my sister another Christmas gift in the few days that are left.
