GBThe gift I ordered arrived on time The gift I ordered arrived on time. It was personalised and took exactly the number of days stated. The only problem I had was I couldn’t track arrival. I logged in and it said I had no orders so I was concerned and sent an email to ask about it but got no reply. The gift is good quality although a bit smaller than I expected. It didnt say but I perceived it to be bigger. I am still pleased with the product
