GBFake leads sent using my email My email has been used recently to create false leads for photographers. I received about 100 emails from photographers responding to a fake enquiry so I logged onto the Knot website by resetting the password and deleted the account. Magically, a new account has been set up, again with my email but a different fake surname. I also seem to have a new fiance. I got hold of their customer support who denied the fake lead suggestion. I've deleted this account too but please be warned, they definitely send out fake leads.

GBNo no no No no no. I left a review about the place we had my moms bday party and the knot.com took my review down: they tried to make me change it then started asking me to verify with an invoice. I did all that and they still removed my review. These companies buy their reviews and aren’t honest. Because why would a company have perfect reviews if you don’t deserve it? You’re just as phoney as the plant venue!!! Casey said my review would be removed. Why because it’s the truth?? Fraud

GBConfusing & painful Confusing, can't review sent messages, everyone (including wedding shower only invitees) was convinced they were going to the wedding because of the misleading homepage that you CANNOT edit. Caused serious problems with our Amazon.com wedding registry. &&&& you can only send texts of 120 characters or less -- that makes it very hard to clarify wedding details via text. Caused way more trouble than help. Save yourself and go elsewhere.

GBWant my money back when I cancelled… Want my money back when I cancelled hotel reservation 2 hrs after I made it bc they lied, charged me more than my AAA rate would have been by adding extra charges for protections I didn't need. Had said rooms were set aside at a special price for the wedding. Only willing to give me a voucher to stay at a hotel they agree to and only in the next 120 days which I can't use. Company called THEKNOT.COM Refuse to give me my money back, reservation made and cancelled 2 months b4 the wedding!
