GBScam - Avoid at all costs My order turned up dirty, squashed and smashed. Packing is terrible for what you pay, Amateur and unprofessional customer service that won’t give me my money back. I do no trust this company at all. Quality of the product not worth or even if it arrived in the correct condition. Will be claiming my money back through my credit card and posting this true experience for the world to see. AVOID AVOID AVOID

GBI ordered a gift in August 2023 I ordered a gift in August 2023. Called customer service within hours to make sure my name was added as the sender. I find out in December that recipient did not know who sent them the gift. Customer service bad.

GBI recently purchased everlasting blooms… I recently purchased everlasting blooms and they are simply gorgeous! They instantly brought my room to life with their vibrant colors and are going to last me so much longer than regular flowers. Would definitely recommend!

GBhorrible never again This is horrible, you are a horrible business I am appalled by the lack of support, help and service. I ordered my gf flowers very early (Jan 2nd) so that there was no way they would be late. You are a company who distribute worldwide how do you forget to add importance documents. My order was meant to come 14th Feb lol what a joke you are! my gf was so upset she didn’t get no flowers. EVEN NOW THEY ARE NOT HERE YET. I paid good money even delivery. You are running your business like a scam company. I have had no apologies, no compensation nothing my order is still not here who knows where, who knows what conditions it will be in cause I have no faith in your trash company. I will also write a review not that you care. Where is my order when will it come?

GBNot only did roses arrive late-wrong color Not only did roses arrive over a week after promised, the color was not what ordered, Customer service required that I jump through several hoops even though this organization made several unforgivable errors. I made no errors. I had asked them to send the correct color. They refused, implying that I was lying. All that they offered was a credit against my next purchase. Why would I want to do business with these incompetents again?
