I ordered a bouquet of roses for Mother’s Day I ordered a bouquet of roses for Mother’s Day (which was not cheap) a month before the holiday. I was taking into account the busy holiday for Flower companies and this was my first purchase. Not only did the Flowers not arrive in time for Mother’s Day they arrived damaged. I have tried multiple times to reach out to the company and received no answer except through text messages. This is unacceptable on so many levels from a business standpoint. Please take care when ordering from this company. I will not shop here again.

I ordered my gf flowers very early (Jan 2nd) so that there was no way they would be late. You are a company who distribute worldwide how do you forget to add importance documents. My order was meant to come 14th Feb lol what a joke you are! my gf was so upset she didn’t get no flowers. EVEN NOW THEY ARE NOT HERE YET. I paid good money even delivery. You are running your business like a scam company. I have had no apologies, no compensation nothing my order is still not here who knows where, who knows what conditions it will be in cause I have no faith in your trash company. I will also write a review not that you care. Where is my order when will it come?

I ordered a gift in August 2023 I ordered a gift in August 2023. Called customer service within hours to make sure my name was added as the sender. I find out in December that recipient did not know who sent them the gift. Customer service bad.

Avoid A Scam Tried to purchase before checking on trustpilot . Upon competing my bank alerted me that is a potential fraud and asked me to call ASAP and had the transaction cancelled thank goodness. After reading the reviews here I am pleased that my back detected a dodgy activity with the side . Phew
