AVOID I ordered a dress. It arrived- very poor quality/paper thin. I cannot return this item. I cannot Log-in to my account as it will not recognise my password/mobile phone number. This is no other way of contacting this company. Avoid using them. Only use UK based companies.

Pathetic service ..Never order…Ransom collection Pathetic service ..Don't order from this website guy. They would offer premium shipping at extra charge but would never deliver on time. Orders on 18th July and was promised 28th July as delivery. It was then extended to 15th august and then 25th august. Now on 25th august, they are asking to wait to 6 months!!! Not willing to refund money as they want the package acknowledge for refund, so another 6 months.

DODGY Absolutely dreadful company , trying to return anything is a nightmare , loads of obstacles put in your way, still have items which I've paid for but they have made it so awkward to send back.
