Excellent product and excellent customer service I have to give them a 5 star review. I’m a complete idiot and came on here ranting about poor customer service and missing parts when in fact it was my own over sight. They kindly sent me a detailed instruction on exactly what I wasn’t understanding and I wanted to come here and correct my wrongs! Thank you COZIWOW and I ordered the same product and it’s of excellent quality and my kitties love it and the price is absolutely amazing!

My kitten loved it My kitten loved it, it's the perfect way to be outside without him taking risks or endangering other animals. To spend some time in the morning or afternoon when the sun is shining, it is perfect, the size is perfect and with a couple of stakes, no strong storm has touched it.

The instructions were vague The instructions were vague, each panel is numbered however they need to be oriented correctly and this is extremely helpful. I had to disassemble screwed together panels due to later in the assembly process realizing they were oriented incorrectly. Screws listed for one assembly were not long enough and had to use some of my own. Some cracks in supports had to be glued before assembling.

Cat Wheel Review - OK CAT WHEEL: assembled OK, though the carpet doesnt quite fit and a bumper piece broke off within one week. UPDATE: Got a reply from customer service after posting the review and asking for a refund for my faulty item. Coziwow offered a partial refund with return, but after discussion, then appropriately gave me a full refund. Nice to deal with real humans.

Cat tree house Our Coziwow cat tree house 42" was absolutely adorable. Plush cushions, easy to assemble. excellent quality. we have purchased many tree houses and this was the best. we loved it so much were going to buy another one.
