GBNamecheap EasyWP Support I find namecheap's support to be outstanding most of the time. Yes, occasionally you can have miscommunications, but they are easily worked out. I find it is me, usually, not being clear. They helped to restore my site when there was a payment glitch, as simple as 123. Thank you Iryna!

GBNamecheap (Andrii) Support 10/10 Andrii was insanely helpful. I'm new to namecheap and I didn't expect this level and degree of support. There's a lot I don't know and I got the perfect balance of explanation and links to guides and was never made to feel inferior for not knowing an answer to a stupid question (say what you want, there are such things as stupid questions). If I needed only one reason to use namecheap, it'd literally be due to support. Nothing could have made the entire conversation better. I can't find one thing I'd improve on. From ease of contact, to level of response, to being actually excited to write a review (never thought I'd say that), it straight up made the rest of my day. At 10am.

GBGreat EasyWP experience so far Great EasyWP experience so far: the set up of my web site under the domain name I already had (since 2020) from namecheap was easy and straightforward, I like the backup management of the web site and in the last resort I know there will be someone at the help desk to help me.
