I called to the NRS support team this… I called to the NRS support team this morning (03/26/2024) and got an amazing help from Beatriz santos . She tried her best and solved my POS’s tech problem with a great cooperation. Also she was patiently guided me to repair the internet error in my POS system. I really appreciate her help and behavior while fixing the issue of my system. Long life for her!!

Great POS Great POS customer service is OK. My sales person Shariff demo'ed the unit for me at home at 7:30pm at night and sold me. He's quick to answer his phone and help me with my issues if customer service can't. Highly recommend getting a sales person who knows what they are doing they will make everything with the POS much better and life easier.
