I Installed new POS few months ago I Installed new POS few months ago. Their pos Ordering process is nightmare. Sales rep does not know anything. I have to ask everything, and he says everything yes. After installation, they do not provide the service as promised price. I was thinking to buy another few more pos for other businesses, but they disappoint me badly. I will go back to square; Square is the best so far.

This company is a FRAUD This company is a FRAUD. The positive reviews here are CLEARLY from employees and shills. Look at their BBB page, it's full of actual experiences with these criminals. They repeatedly fill your mailbox with their unwanted junkmail solicitations for their scam loans and business services. They are a RIPOFF, currently under investigation for fraudulent business practices. They're so disgusting, they even solicit dead people. Do NOT do business with them. Just report to the BBB, NJ AG and FTC

I called to the NRS support team this… I called to the NRS support team this morning (03/26/2024) and got an amazing help from Beatriz santos . She tried her best and solved my POS’s tech problem with a great cooperation. Also she was patiently guided me to repair the internet error in my POS system. I really appreciate her help and behavior while fixing the issue of my system. Long life for her!!
