BTS merch Ordered earrings and a BTS ring, had ordered a Jimin ring before but when received it was too small, customer service took size of Jimin ring and sent my BTS one slightly bigger n it fits perfectly on my finger. Can't fault delivery time and anytime there has been a issue customer service couldn't be anymore helpful. Fab site to use

I also thought it hadn't been delivered, and contacted HelloKirea, they got right back to me and were very helpful. My daughter picked up my package so I wouldn't be stolen! Worst customer service ever. Never received what I ordered I'm still waiting for my order, contacted them 3 times and got no reply back in regards to what's going on with my order.
