Our recipes date back to 1917. Our fruitcake is a light cake with 67% fruit and nuts. We use large cherries, succulent pineapple, regular and golden raisins along with pecans and walnuts. The only liquid in our fruitcake is bourbon, rum and brandy. In addition to our out of this world flavor, we promise to maintain quality and care in our products.

I was typing a review I was typing a review, and it disappeared before I finished. This may be a repeat. I had one of your fruitcakes 2 years ago, and it was amazing. Best I've ever had. Last year I ordered one on Amazon which came from a secondary seller. It was good, but I mistakenly ordered it without the rum/bourbon. This 3# cake left a lot to be desired. The rum/bourbon flavors were very muted. There was a gritty texture that we all detected. I felt like it had a raw flour flavor. I am not looking for anything because of this. So, please, no need to replace this cake. I will order from you again in the future. Thanks, Phil Graves
