My only negative is that once you fill your locker (once you purchase 12 bottles shipping is free) it just goes right to shipping and is very difficult to choose the ship date that works best for you. Overall the positives far outweigh the negatives.

Very importantly, they are exceptional at handling changes in shipping dates, addresses etc. I could not recommend more highly.

The best way to buy wine Really fun way to explore, learn about, and try new and known wines from regions around the world. The locker option is executed perfectly. My only complaint, other than being slower than other operatives at times, is that I’m running out of cellar space.

Customer service is web only; no phone number to call for assistance a BIG flaw. Shame as they have some pretty good deals. I’ll just have to take my business to WTSO or Big Hammer then….
