Can there be too much of a good thing? This is a really cool product and service. I got 12 super great wines from all over the world at a great price and never paid shipping. They arrived in great condition and I am pleased as punch. Biggest issue is I already seem to be close to getting my second locker and my wife is going to find out how much I am buying now and either limit my wine intake or force me to start buying whites too.

I personally prefer 92 points and above… I personally prefer 92 points and above and Wine Spies seem to offer more of those quality wines with better price points than most other distributors. My only negative is that once you fill your locker (once you purchase 12 bottles shipping is free) it just goes right to shipping and is very difficult to choose the ship date that works best for you. Overall the positives far outweigh the negatives.

Enjoying our membership I've been a member for a number of years. It's a great way to find new wines to sample. We belong to a few clubs and Wine Spies pushes us to try other vineyards. The reviews are very extensive and thorough, so it's easy to find bottles that will suit our preferences. And I love the locker system!! I can put one or two bottles in my locker at a time, then have it sent later for a box of 12 surprises!

Great customer service and wine descriptions My shipping updates were wrong, but Agent Malbec was super responsive tracking down the order and followed up with me to make sure that I did receive my order. Love their wine descriptions, spot on, I have been super happy with every bottle I’ve purchased from them.

Have wine in cart which I can’t seem to… Have wine in cart which I can’t seem to purchase. Brought problem to website administrator’s attention on a couple of occasions. Customer service is web only; no phone number to call for assistance a BIG flaw. Shame as they have some pretty good deals. I’ll just have to take my business to WTSO or Big Hammer then….
