CAMy first purchase was a bust My first purchase was a bust, yes I understand wine sells out etc, but it took you 3 days to notify me, basically nullifying any chance of purchasing at other locations!

GBI called about a specific wine and… I called about a specific wine and ordered 5 1/2 cases. Heather has always been extremely personable and helpful whenever I have talked to her. If they run out of a certain year, she calls to see if you wish to change to a different year or another wine. The entire staff has always been helpful in their expert advise on various selections. I highly recommend ordering from Napa Cabs! I have tried many others...they do not deliver the best wines at the best price.

GBGreat Customer Service The wrong bottle of tequila was accidentally sent and I reached out to let them know. Immediately, they responded, sent out the correct item, and emailed me a return label. FedEx delivered the correct bottle today and took the first one to return.
