I had received a promo code for a 10%… I had received a promo code for a 10% discount because I had not shopped in a while. I made a large order but 10% code would not be accepted. I still went forward with the purchase but was disappointed. I called and left a message and no one returned my call.

Only way to get what I was looking for. This is a very unique and hard to find wine as it is ONLY produced in Maui. Its DRY, although on the nose you think you're getting full on pineapple syrup. These guys are the only place I've been able to find, and even so, not always available so I get it when I can.

Poor communication lack of returning calls &emails Made an order with this company. After two weeks. I never got my order. I then spent the next two weeks trying to get ahold of them. By email & phone with no reply. Very poor communication. Finally got ahold of them, They told me I would have to wait till the end of May. Canceled my order. It would be very hard for me to place an order again. I will not be recommending this company to my friends and family

Great Customer Service The wrong bottle of tequila was accidentally sent and I reached out to let them know. Immediately, they responded, sent out the correct item, and emailed me a return label. FedEx delivered the correct bottle today and took the first one to return.
