It’s very rare to find company out there that is not automated robots talking to you. That makes sure that client is satisfied with their purchase and follows up to fix any and all concerns. The packaging, though reading “Fragile” appeared to be mishandled a bit, with a gash and subsequent box material pealed back slightly in one spot, but it’s impossible to say when/where that happened. The bottle is fully intact however and I’m quite pleased.
