It’s very rare to find company out there that is not automated robots talking to you. That makes sure that client is satisfied with their purchase and follows up to fix any and all concerns. Frootbat Values it's customers.... I was fairly disappointed when frootbat requested I leave feedback for a purchase they never shipped. The order was assigned a fedex tracking # but never picked up by the carrier. I contacted their customer service and received an immediate response from a real person. They apologized for the mistake and assured me the product would ship immediately. I received additional communications from frootbat and my order shipped quickly. It's nice to see a modern company that values customer service.
