GBBate and Switch. Don't use them! I ordered directly from them 2 weeks ago and never received the order. Only after 4 emails and 2 weeks did they respond that I would not get the product because "the price or product information displayed is incorrect." Shady.

GBExcellent Customer Service! I placed an order for a specific bottle of Bourbon that shared a similar name with another bottle. Unfortunately, I received the wrong one and alerted Frootbat to the mixup. However, I decided to keep what they sent me and informed them of my decision. Soon after, I received a full refund for the purchase price anyway! This was above and beyond, and Frootbat has earned my return business as a result. Thank you, again!
