I have been with Liquid Web for fifteen… I have been with Liquid Web for fifteen years. Why? Their support. It is always there and very good. The only issue I have had in the past couple of years is if I raise support late in the night, I get an offshore call center. It is most likely a call center in Mumbai from the accent. I give them an average rating of "2" out of five. I know they are cutting cost like everyone else but it will hurt Liquid Web in the long run. I only contact support during the day which is always excellent.

Then they step me through my questions with a kind approach, until everything is answered in an excellent manner. My tech support person was Greg Grover, and am very thankful to work with him.

I am able to do this because of the Liquid Web team of support engineers. When I have issues, I can get live help within a few minutes. They never fail to get my server(s) back up and running.
