Technically competent solutions to our problems We have several sites that need annual SSL CERT updates. I hate doing that every year on our various domains, but here on our Liquid Web account, a short email to the support team and the problem is solved. Like all our other requests of them, direct and technically competent solutions to our problems, and sage advice when needed. I wish our other suppliers were anywhere near as competent.

Tech Support was tremendous on my call… Tech Support was tremendous on my call in today. I appreciate how they met me right where I am, which is not very knowledgeable. Then they step me through my questions with a kind approach, until everything is answered in an excellent manner. My tech support person was Greg Grover, and am very thankful to work with him.

Liquid Web: Tech Support Rockstars Tech Support Rockstars. When webforms sent via the WPmail feature on my host server weren't getting to their Gmail destination because of Google's new DKIM policies, a hero named Ryan went to work. In addition to his own expertise, he tapped that of his team and together they went above and beyond to solve the problem with patience and professionalism. Thank you Ryan and team!

While the support request was low… While the support request was low priority and a simple thing, it took days and was handed through several technicians before it was resolved. Once resolved, it was done so satisfactorily. The passing of the ticket through the various people got a bit concerning until someone chimed in and agreed to take it on.

I am at peace after I submit a ticket. What made my experience great? I have a peace when I place a support ticket, I know my education is dated, my skills are rusty and this team at liquid web is current and sharp. They ALWAYS educate me on what changed that I missed, it is like taking a question to the instructor at a college and asking what am I not grasping. Since I got pride out of the way and approach situations humble knowing I am speaking with the best of the best I have such a peace when something is not working as I think it might, or used to.
