I placed my order on 4/10 and still… I placed my order on 4/10 and still have not received it. The orders take way too long to be fulfilled. This is my third time attempting to order through Tipxy, and the processing time does not make sense. Please be realistic with the orders and let the customers know the expected time before taking our money so we can decide whether we want to move forward with it or not. I still don't know where my order is and yet you want me to review the order, which is ridiculous!

Fast service with a great product. Fast service with a great product at a reasonable price. Packaging to survive the worst catastrophe. I take my cherry wine in a shot glass as it's quite like a liquor, so full of flavor. Thank you.

Poor Customer Service/Questionable Package Origin… Received partial order not too long after order was placed. I sent two messages a week apart after receiving partial order asking where rest was and got no reply until a 3rd attempt. Was told other items likely out of stock so then, almost a month later, received a couple of the other items I ordered but packaging looked like grocer just shoved in a box. Not impressed at all with their communication/responsiveness and will not be ordering from there again.

Ordering was easy and the price was… Ordering was easy and the price was right! Getting the right bottle - especially one that's expensive and hard to find - is sometimes difficult, but this was not. Shipping was communicated, and the bottle arrived when promised. I did contact customer service regarding a small issue with the product, but the service was top shelf and the issue was quickly resolved. Great company!

Nice and neat Everything came nice and neat i appreciate everything. Timing was good I do wish it was faster but I’m thankful for everything
