GBI was shipped the wrong product I was shipped the wrong product. Customer service email has a very low response time. Still have not received my refund, and I am having to file a fraud claim with my bank because of it.

GBHappy with first order I was a little hesitant ordering liquor online but Tipxy was great. Ordered a Four Roses Ten Recipe Tasting Experience. It shipped promptly and was very-well packaged. Allocated bourbons are overpriced like everywhere else but I would order from Tipxy again if the price was right.

GBThe execution was fine but The execution was fine - quick delivery - the disappointment was buying two lots of 6 bottles both of which arrived together ie one shipment further more they both exceeded the cost of shipping at $99 dollars per order/shipment meaning i did not need to pay any shipping at tall according to the order form but you dinged me of two lots of shipping. You owe me - till you acknowledge that no more orders - the price for buying locally here would have been more attractive if i'd known you were going to cheat, over to you...

GBI haven’t received my items yet I haven’t received my items yet, but I did forget to put my 10% discount code when I purchased my items. I sent an email gave them the code and they applied it to my total. Very pleased about that.
