Bought twice, first two bottles of a 30 years old wine, had some issues with the way they were kept, cork condition and such, got back to Ben and he explained the conditions of the deal for that cellar from his perspective but decided to make it right for me too. Bought a second time some 13 years old Tuscan wine from a winery I just visited two months ago, it was as good as it was there. Shipment in both cases was fast and precise, overall experience great! will definitely consider buying again.

It is good until it is not Got three bad expensive bottles ($300+) over the past 4 months (different makers/vintages). Bad corks/oxidized wine. On last one I did not even get answer from Cellaraiders. From probability perspective, it can't be a fluke anymore. Really nervous since I have many other that I have not opened yet.

Great wines... Great wines at great prices - this is Cellaraiders. They know the right sort of wine to match a particular dish and will share this information with you. Delivery only took a couple of days, all bottles were intact. So personally for me, if I order wine, it's only at Cellaraiders.

First order of many, hopefully! I was blown away by the customer service - I placed my first order with Cellar Raiders, Ben was in touch immediately and I had the order in hand the next day! Wine was expertly packed and looks to have experienced excellent provenance. I had heard good things about Ben and CR, and now I see why. I look forward to supplementing my own cellar with many more gems from Cellar Raiders!
