GBIt is good until it is not Got three bad expensive bottles ($300+) over the past 4 months (different makers/vintages). Bad corks/oxidized wine. On last one I did not even get answer from Cellaraiders. From probability perspective, it can't be a fluke anymore. Really nervous since I have many other that I have not opened yet.

GBI appreciate the communication in… I appreciate the communication in regards to the shipment. The weather was hot, but was able to secure the wine and make it at the appropriate temp with in time before the wine had a turned. This was the first time I ordered from cellaraiders. As a result I was pleasantly supprised as the the communication and shipment. Thank you

GBOutstanding Customer Service Wow!!! I ordered a vintage bottle of port online mid-afternoon on Christmas Day and within thirty minutes received an email reply from Ben. He wanted to know my shipping preference. I was trying to get delivery in time for a party on the 27th, but thought that might be impossible due to the Christmas holidays. Au contraire. Ben emailed me again at 8:30 PM Christmas evening to confirm shipping costs, then arranged overnight Fed Ex delivery and I received my port the next day. I could not have asked for more, but if I had, I believe Ben would have somehow found a way to comply.

GBQuick shipping The bottle of port I ordered was shipped very quickly and arrived in excellent condition. The recipient hasn't opened it yet, so I can't speak to the contents of the bottle. But the customer service was top-notch.
