One box of my shipment was damaged en… One box of my shipment was damaged en route. I called customer services when the extra box was not delivered and the news was shared with me. The representative gave a couple of options since the window of time to reshoot was closing. I was disappointed that one option was a different brand because my order was for baby shower party favors. The representative called me back 10 minutes later letting me know that more stock of the item I ordered was found and would be reshipped the very next day. The representative was very helpful and gave a great experience.

I searched the internet over looking… I searched the internet over looking for my favorite brand of Belvedere. Local stores were misleading, stating one product then when ordered not what I was looking for. La Vinotheque not only had the product I was searching for and shipped timely! I was so happy!!
