I searched the internet over looking… I searched the internet over looking for my favorite brand of Belvedere. Local stores were misleading, stating one product then when ordered not what I was looking for. La Vinotheque not only had the product I was searching for and shipped timely! I was so happy!! Awesome Customer Service Great selection online and Awesome customer service! I called to make sure my order of 200 mini bottles of limoncello would arrive in time for me to prep them as favors for a wedding and the person on the phone was super friendly and helpful and even had them delivered 2 days before I expected!

Delivery was fine Delivery was fine. Some of the bottles have torn labels they are being used as favors for a 40th birthday celebration. The appearance of the bottle was important. I would have liked some quality assurance when they were being packaged. Now we have to figure out something to hide the torn labels.

One box of my shipment was damaged en… One box of my shipment was damaged en route. I called customer services when the extra box was not delivered and the news was shared with me. The representative gave a couple of options since the window of time to reshoot was closing. I was disappointed that one option was a different brand because my order was for baby shower party favors. The representative called me back 10 minutes later letting me know that more stock of the item I ordered was found and would be reshipped the very next day. The representative was very helpful and gave a great experience.
