Nice packaging, great product, slow shipping, no customer support... I ordered a brand of Proseco I like online, delivered to another state. I got the confirmation email saying all was OK. That was the last I heard from Triangle. Two weeks later, I'm wondering what's going on. I sent them an email asking for status. No response. I sent another email. Again, no response. I called them - twice. They never answer their phone. I complained to PayPal and PayPal sent them an email. They didn't respond to that. It must have gotten their attention, though. Four days later I got the shipping notification. I wasn't in any rush and I was glad to finally get my order, but a little customer service would have been much appreciated.

You charge my credit card weeks before… You charge my credit card weeks before I get wine I order. Charge me when it comes in or I pick it up. If not, it’s ok I won’t order any more. I’m tired of waiting weeks or getting partial orders and waiting for a credit to my card.

The port fell short… At $25 a person, this wasn’t quite worth it. The chocolate was delicious but the port fell a little short. The rep wasn’t knowledgeable about the products at all. The format was clunky - we had tickets and there weren’t enough seats for us. I did enjoy the port, but as we didn’t get much insight into the product, I’m not inclined to buy much. I am more than happy to purchase, in quantity, when I’ve been educated, informed and entertained. That equation is much more challenging for the store when I’ve been whacked $25 for 4 small pours and a couple of pieces of chocolate. We will come again but work on the execution otherwise I’ll spend my wine dollars other places.

On August 18 On August 18, 2022 I ordered 2019 Orin Swift 8 Years in the Desert from their website. On September 6, I received a shipment of the 2020 vintage. When other vendors run out of a specific vintage, I have been offered a substitution, however there was no communication about the substitution or the option to cancel. When I inquired about it, I was simply told that their distributor was out of the 2019 vintage and it was no longer available.

5 stars for sure 5 stars for sure. Owner came out during Covid and personally delivered the Lillet, like a Dubonnet. Delicous too! Outstanding service from the location in Morrisville. I don't remember the date but link below would not allow me to leave blank so just put any date in.
