Nice packaging, great product, slow shipping, no customer support... I ordered a brand of Proseco I like online, delivered to another state. I got the confirmation email saying all was OK. That was the last I heard from Triangle. Two weeks later, I'm wondering what's going on. I sent them an email asking for status. No response. I sent another email. Again, no response. I called them - twice. They never answer their phone. I complained to PayPal and PayPal sent them an email. They didn't respond to that. It must have gotten their attention, though. Four days later I got the shipping notification. I wasn't in any rush and I was glad to finally get my order, but a little customer service would have been much appreciated.

I like to surprise my family with this wine for our dinner, and while I did not expect it to arrive sooner than expected, we are still very pleased with the product we ordered. They spent several weeks trying to track it down for me, found the ONE bottle I was looking for, and I was able to surprise my husband with the bottle at Christmas.
