Poor Communication I joined Winestyr because of the events. However, despite numerous attempts, my friends and I have been unable to get on the listserv. It has been really frustrating having to constantly follow up with no resolution. Without this as a differentiating factor, winestyr is not competitive from a price perspective and will lose my business.

Winestyr is awesome I don't know much about wine however winestyr has made learning about and getting great wine shipped directly to my door. Each time they deliver I enjoy it and the few times I haven't they've talked me through(like w a real live person) some alternatives that fit to my liking. It is like Amazon for wine but way more educational on what I'm actually purchasing. I recently signed up for their wine club and it is perfect. Highly highly recommend. Cheap, helpful, and just awesome

Great wine but misled on events Really enjoyed my introduction to Winestyr at their West Loop tasting room. Immediately signed-up for their membership and was looking forward not only to my wine shipments but the member only events they talked up during their sales pitch. Fast forward three months and I am still waiting for an event invite. My friend who joined a long time ago has received three invites since I joined. My friends who joined the same day and I are still waiting. Winestyr claims this was a tech glitch but based on the number of times we've complained only to miss the next invite... I'm starting to get very skeptical that it isn't associated with how long you've been a member or how much you spend. Hoping to see it remedied soon!

Winestyr is a fantastic company Winestyr is a fantastic company. We have discovered some fantastic wine through the membership there at a reasonable price. The wine they provide is mostly from small vineyards you can’t find elsewhere. I recommend them to friends often. We recently received a bottle that was included in the member shipment that was not up to typical Winestyr standards in our opinion. When we shared our feedback they promptly sent a replacement. They exemplify fantastic customer service.
