Tastes as good as it looks! This is the best tasting cake I have ever ordered online! I have ordered cakes online before but always disappointed in the quality, taste, and freshness. I think what really makes this GiftTree cake stand out is how moist it was even after a few days in the fridge--we had leftovers because it's a rich cake and you only need a little piece. The frosting is not only beautiful but just the right sweetness, not overly sugary. It is an absolutely stunning and beautiful cake! It tastes as good, if not better, than it looks! I will be buying my online cakes only from GiftTree from now on.

Chocolate Gift Basket melted I ordered a gift basket full of chocolates from GiftTree to be sent to Florida that arrived melted. GiftTree was notified and placed a temporary hold on future purchases of that item until the shipping issue could be fixed. They also sent a generous replacement for the melted gift and totally redeemed themselves. Excellent care and customer service from GiftTree!

I was helped by Stephanie I was helped by Stephanie. To be honest, there wasn't one aspect that was not perfect. She even helped me pick out specific types of baskets for a diabetic and large attorney office. My order was 14(13 of the same and one different). She got me a $20 discount on an $89.99 basket. We must have exchanged a dozen emails and phone calls. They are currently being delivered, I think I am waiting on the last three noticed of delivery. Come Christmas, there will be at least six more I will need. A wonderful and smooth experience and process. Thank you.

The packaging was gorgeous...but I bought this as a Father's Day gift. The packaging was gorgeous! However, it was allot smaller than expected and the shipping was very late, but that's not the merchant's fault that was UPS's fault. The contents that were chocolate were melted into a solid chocolate piece... thank goodness everything was individually packaged or it would've been a disaster! I'm so glad I had a discount for this, otherwise, it certainly wouldn't have been worth it at all. I could put something together like this from the dollar tree for maybe $15. However, my husband loved the customized note attached to it.

Ordered a $200 gift basket 2 weeks in… Ordered a $200 gift basket 2 weeks in advance to be delivered to a business. Paid the extra fee to have it delivered on a specific day for the event. Basket did not arrive and came a day late. Requested a refund from Gift Tree only for the shipping cost and the extra fee charged to have it delivered on a specific date. Thought that was reasonable of me only asking for my shipping to be refunded and not the entire order. They denied my refund saying that the delivery was only for an "estimated date". Will not use this company again due to failure to perform as advertised.
