Reliable and accurate ordering and deliveries. A reliable vendor that I have dealt with before and have nothing but good things to say about them! This season is the second time I have ordered gifts for my managers through ReserveBar, and I have nothing but good things to say about working with these folks. Their prices are reasonable, and they do what they say they'll do both accurately and timely. This year I ordered a bottle of champagne and a bottle of Irish whiskey for each manager for a Xmas gift from the company, and they showed up on time, and no errors in the order. What more can you ask for from a vendor?

Wrong, cheaper item delivered. Emails ignored ReserveBar's supplier sent a cheaper bottle of rum in place of the one I ordered. I sent 2 emails to the customerhelp email address letting them know about the issue and asking for the difference to at least be refunded, but - almost a month later - my emails have not even been acknowledged.

Poor customer service, untimely, careless Order filled but wrong item sent. One damaged bottle in order. Wrote email to customer service and left a voice message on/around December 14, 2023. Order issues still not rectified as of this post (Jan 18, 2024). Do not waste your time or money with this company.

Be aware of the ReserveBar Bait and Switch Scam I ordered a specific rare Rye Whiskey advertised on ReserveBar, but they shipped me the wrong product (significant less value). After several attempts to communicate with ReserveBar I haven't received 1 response. I don't believe this is an honest mistake, because they are avoiding me... it is a SCAM!

Honestly a great experience Honestly a great experience. Megan messaged me and had let me know that I could order the bottle after it had been sold out or out of stock. And she made everything special and so easy once I could order it. I really appreciate her services and made me look out for more product in the future.
