GBNeeds A More User-Friendly Process The whole process is not the easiest way to place an order. And, not very personalized customer service, to be honest. I felt like I do all the work to get the order in to you guys, rather than your employees trying to make the process easier on the consumer.

GBBe aware of the ReserveBar Bait and Switch Scam I ordered a specific rare Rye Whiskey advertised on ReserveBar, but they shipped me the wrong product (significant less value). After several attempts to communicate with ReserveBar I haven't received 1 response. I don't believe this is an honest mistake, because they are avoiding me... it is a SCAM!

GBHonestly a great experience Honestly a great experience. Megan messaged me and had let me know that I could order the bottle after it had been sold out or out of stock. And she made everything special and so easy once I could order it. I really appreciate her services and made me look out for more product in the future.

GBOrdered 7 bottles in good faith Ordered 7 bottles in good faith, only 4 were delivered, EM from them saying everything has been delivered, link to CS if there is a problem and 4 requests later for the missing 3 bottles have been unanswered. Reported purchase as fraud to CC company and remember the mantra, "if it's too good to be true....." Avoid these fly by night scammers, you can do better!

GBReserve bar was great I got a very nice bottle of bourbon and was very worried that it would break on the way from Florida to Minnesota. What happened was that I was able to track the purchase and it arrived extremely well packaged and the whiskey was excellent. I am extremely satisfied and grateful for the care reserve bar put in to securing my bottle. I’d have no reservations about buying another bottle from them. Top notch.
