GBOnly 1 of 2 boxes arrived I bought a 6 month subscription in June 2021 for my husband's birthday. We got one box, which was interesting. We were supposed to get another box the 2nd week in August. It is now the middle of September and despite emailing about the box, I have gotten radio silence.

GBThese guys are a complete rip off like… These guys are a complete rip off like most of these clubs. Kids sent me 2 boxes for Father’s Day - received 1 , never received the second. What a rip off

GBExcellent Customer Service I found Shots Box easy to work with. They were very customer oriented & answered my questions in a timely manner. My package was delayed & I was unable to track it so I reached out to Shots Box & they got back to me with the new delivery date. They even contacted me the day it was delivered to make sure it got to me. I really appreciate good customer service & follow up. My son Loved his gift & I was so happy it arrived in time to go under the tree to be opened Christmas morning. Thank you Shots Box!

GB4 bottles of “Willies Big Horn… Ordered 4 bottles of “Willies Big Horn Bourbon”, located in Ennis, MT. The online ordering process was a little bit confusing. The order end up getting shipped to some local pick up place in Los Angeles. I called to ask why it was shipped there, because I thought it was coming to my house, and they took care of it right away. Received the bottles just a couple days later. It is excellent bourbon, and I appreciate that they worked with me to get it shipped to my house, as originally planned and intended.
