This company is misleading This company is misleading. I ordered the subscription billed each time a box was sent. I got my first box and it said I would get another 60 days after. I only wanted one box but they charged me and shipped another box two weeks after the first one. When I contacted customer support they were extremely rude and short and I had to fight to even cancel the subscription. The Whiskey wasn't even that good and seemed really gimicky.

Good selection, Delayed delivery I appreciate ShotsBox providing a selection of micro-distilleries. I received exactly what I ordered, well packaged. However, it took over a month and I would've like to have received updates as to the progress. I did get a note when the shipper picked it up, but then no word until it arrived. I would use again.

Only 1 of 2 boxes arrived I bought a 6 month subscription in June 2021 for my husband's birthday. We got one box, which was interesting. We were supposed to get another box the 2nd week in August. It is now the middle of September and despite emailing about the box, I have gotten radio silence.
