This company is misleading This company is misleading. I ordered the subscription billed each time a box was sent. I got my first box and it said I would get another 60 days after. I only wanted one box but they charged me and shipped another box two weeks after the first one. When I contacted customer support they were extremely rude and short and I had to fight to even cancel the subscription. The Whiskey wasn't even that good and seemed really gimicky.

Pitiful Customer Service It started with not being able to get the website to acknowledge my gift card. Then after finally getting that rectified, I placed an order on the same day I placed one with a competitor of yours. I received their merchandise later the same week and had not even gotten a confirmation from shots box. I enquired about my order and was told that due to volume it would not ship until after the holidays (which at that time was a month away. Finally received my order approx 5 weeks after placing the order.

I will be ordering from here again in the future I ordered whiskey from Willie’s Distillery in Montana a week before Christmas and it look a while to get here but I am pleased with what I got! I was nervous the bottle was going to get broken turning shipment but it was packaged very well and protected. This is a legit company and I will be ordering from here again in the future!
